FAQs
How long do House Portraits and other one of a kind pieces take?
House portraits typically take 4-6 weeks. The time frame for other custom work depends on several factors but can range from a few weeks to a few months. Please send an email before placing your order if you need something by a specific date.
How long Should I expect the shipping to take?
1-3 business days via USPS priority.
How should I get a picture of my house to you?
Once you make your purchase you will receive a confirmation email from me. Please respond to that email with an attached digital photo of the house you would like to be painted.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We do not currently ship outside of the US.
Do you sell frames or mats with the painting?
We don’t sell or include frames or mats. Home portraits are sized to fit into standard frames and/mats.
Can I commission something other than a building/home?
Yes, If you have an idea of something you’d like painted contact us with your ideas!

Welcome! I’m Samantha, an artist, wife, mom of two energetic boys, and owner of two mischievous felines. Art has been a constant in my life, evolving over the years but always a part of who I am.
About five years ago I found my niche in painting home portraits and other special places and spaces. Whether it’s a quaint family home, a picturesque vacation spot, or a beloved landmark, I aim to create timeless keepsakes that tell a unique story. Join me as we transform places, spaces and moments into art and preserve precious memories together.
The ProcesS
Email Photos: After you’ve completed your purchase please email me photos of the location to be painted. Ensure the photos are of good quality and show the home or location straight on.
Details: Include any specific instructions in your email, such as “remove the flower pots on the porch,” “add a magnolia wreath,” or “make the door black instead of red”.
Sketch Proof: Within 10 business days you will receive a sketch-proof sent to your email. Once you’ve approved the sketch-proof I’ll begin painting.
Final Painting: You will receive an email photo of the painting for your approval.
Shipping: Once the final painting is approved I’ll ship your order via USPS Priority Mail, which is 1-3 business days.
